Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life present, etc. No pets, smoking, or parties (strict HOA rules). Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Starter supplies are provided (TP, paper towels, soaps), but plan to bring extra for the duration of your stay. Pack ’n Play available for little ones. guests are asked to bring their own sheet for comfort and safety purposes. Parking for 2 vehicles max (1 covered, 1 visitor spot).

House Rules

Must be 25 to book. Travel insurance recommended. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life present, etc. Guests are allowed a max of 2 vehicles. There is one designated spot under the building marked C3, and additional visitor spots available. Parking hang tag must be displayed when in C3 space (not required for visitor spot). PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ANOTHER UNIT'S SPACE. As this is our vacation home, we do not allow parties, smoking or vaping inside the house. HOA Rules prohibit pets. Quiet hours are 10p to 8a.

Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the entire unit, including a private balcony and all complex amenities like the pool and grilling area. The unit is on the top floor (3rd) and accessible via stairs or elevator, though rare outages can occur during Gulf storms.

This condo was in the perfect location. You could see the ocean from your patio and it had beach access! Also right across the road from a convenience store. I would definitely come back!
